How to Place an Order
After adding your selected items to the cart, please complete your shipping details and click the “Place Order” button.
The system will register your order and display our bank transfer details. Please pay the total billing amount and include your order number in the payment reference section.
You will also receive an order confirmation email from our Support Desk.

Once payment has been completed and confirmed, we aim to hand over your parcel to the fastest available courier as quickly as possible.
Can I Shop Without Creating an Account?
Yes. You can place an order without creating an account by selecting the Express Checkout option during checkout.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
If your order is still at the packing stage, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund upon request.
If a product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Courier & Shipment
Smokoo.com.au usually uses Australia Post and Sendle courier services. In rare cases, we may use a different courier depending on availability and delivery requirements.
A flat shipping fee of $9.00 applies to each order unless the customer selects an upgraded shipping option.
Australia Post Express Shipping
Customers may choose between standard shipping and Australia Post Express shipping during checkout.
Express shipping is available for an additional $6.00.
Why Do I Need to Provide ID?
